I’m just starting out — is this for me?

Every course begins with the fundamentals and builds up gradually. If something isn’t clear, you send a photo of your practice work and the instructor replies in the chat with guidance. Progress at your own pace.

Will I get a diploma?

Yes. The ZAnailsart Academy diploma is issued after you complete the course: you need to watch every video lesson at least halfway (and pass the quiz or practice work if the course includes them). The diploma comes as a PDF with a unique number and a public verification page — you can show it to a client or an employer.

What if I can’t study regularly?

It’s an online course — you study whenever it suits you. Your access lasts the whole period and the videos can be rewatched without limits. The main thing is to finish before the access period ends.

Where do I write if something isn’t working?

Your account has a “Personal chat with the academy” — write there and we reply on weekdays. About anything: technical issues, payment, or practice.

In line with the standards for digital educational products, once the materials have been opened the course is non-refundable. If you haven’t opened a single lesson, write to us within 14 days and we’ll review it individually.

A huge thank you for this course! Honestly, I have taken many online courses because I have three children and don’t always have the opportunity to travel for in-person training. However, this is the first online course that has given me so much useful, practical information—especially with such detailed and valuable feedback.
